| The first dog I have ever owned was
given to me from a family friend. This dog was a chocolate lab puppy, Remington, which I got at six weeks
of age. As Remington got older, it became apparent that I needed to have my dog trained by a
professional trainer. I looked in the phone book and found a telephone number and a website for

I was very impressed with everything
that was offered on the website so I called and setup an appointment. When
I spoke with the trainer, he asked me what I wanted out of the dog and I
told him I wanted obedience with a force break (for bird hunting). The
obedience session was two weeks long and very worth it. Remington went
from an almost out-of-control puppy with no obedience to learning many

After the two
weeks of obedience training, we began force break training. Before
the training, Remington would chase toys and wanted to play but kept them
away from me and not bring them back. After the force break training,
Remington now will retrieve and bring back anything from toys to live
